Veteran Fuji musician, Adewale Ayuba, has publicly denied reports claiming he divorced his wife, Azuka Ego, over alleged infidelity and a paternity dispute.
A YouTube channel, Nigerian News, had last week alleged that the singer discovered through a secret DNA test that one of his children was not his, leading to a split from his wife.
In a swift response, Ayuba, through Bonsue Fuji Entertainment, described the claims as “baseless and malicious.” He emphasized that his marriage remains intact and that the paternity of his children has never been in question.
“We want to state this clearly to everyone who supports Dr. Adewale Ayuba, that there is absolutely no truth, not a single iota, in this cooked-up story,” the statement read. The Fuji icon, who has been married for over three decades, further condemned the allegations as a deliberate attempt to tarnish his reputation and ridicule his family.
Taking to his Instagram page, Ayuba also vowed legal action against the blogger behind the report.
“I will not allow my integrity to be attacked without consequences,” he wrote.
The musician’s team confirmed they are consulting legal counsel to pursue all available remedies against what they called an “irresponsible” publication.
