The National Chairman of the African Democratic Congress (ADC), David Mark, has extended warm Christmas greetings to Nigerians, urging citizens to embrace unity, tolerance, and civic responsibility while highlighting the party as a credible platform for national progress.
In his 2025 Christmas message, Mark called on Nigerians to uphold peace, compassion, and harmonious coexistence across religious, ethnic, and social lines.
“During this season of joy and reflection, I wish all Nigerians a Merry Christmas filled with peace, love, and hope”, he said. “This is a time to recommit ourselves to values that strengthen our nation – unity, service to others, humility, and mutual respect.”
Mark emphasised that Nigeria’s diversity is a source of strength and urged citizens to rise above divisions, support one another, and protect the vulnerable.
He also highlighted the ADC as a platform capable of delivering inclusive governance, promoting accountability, defending human rights, and fostering respect for the rule of law.
“No challenge is too great when we work together with shared purpose, patriotism, and determination”, Mark said.
The former Senate President called on political leaders to rededicate themselves to selfless service and good governance, while encouraging citizens to remain hopeful, law-abiding, and actively engaged in nation-building.
