Kano Pillars forward Ahmed Musa has returned to training with the team as preparations begin for the 2026/27 Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL) season.
Musa joined his teammates during a session at the Sani Abacha Stadium in Kano, under the supervision of the club’s technical adviser, Daniel Ogunmodede.
The move comes after Musa was relieved of his position as the club’s general manager at the end of the 2025/26 campaign.
The experienced forward played a key role in helping the Sai Masu Gida avoid relegation last season, scoring six goals during the campaign.
His return to the squad is expected to provide a morale boost as Kano Pillars prepare for the new NPFL season.
