Real estate entrepreneur King Mohamed Adah, popularly known as King Ochacho, has described the N400 million Abuja mansion he gifted newlyweds Peller and Jarvis as insignificant compared to what he intends to do for the couple in the future.
Speaking during a TikTok livestream on Monday, days after the couple’s traditional wedding in Lagos, the billionaire businessman said the value of the property was modest from his perspective.
“400 million is no money. 400 million is just 400 Naira as far as Ice King, Money Man, Ochacho is concerned. It’s small money to them. You guys decided to do that, right?” he said while addressing viewers.
Ochacho explained that his decision to present the mansion was inspired by what he described as Peller’s kind-hearted nature. According to him, generosity has remained a guiding principle in his life because he believes every act of giving is rewarded.
“Peller has a very good heart. Whenever we give, God replenishes it and restores double what we have because we give,” he said.
The businessman also hinted that the luxury property would not be the last major gift for the social media personality.
“That house is going to be the smallest gift ever I’m going to give to Peller. The next one I’ll give to Peller… they shouldn’t worry,” he said, suggesting more surprises are on the way.
Ochacho had publicly announced the gift during the couple’s traditional wedding, presenting the mansion before guests and celebrities gathered at the event.
“On behalf of my children, I am presenting a brand new house for you worth N400 million in Abuja. Congratulations, Peller,” he declared, drawing loud applause from attendees. The presentation has since generated widespread reactions across social media.
Beyond celebrating the newlyweds, Ochacho used the livestream to unveil another charitable initiative ahead of his son Ice King’s 13th birthday.
He announced plans to sponsor the education of selected students by paying their school fees, urging applicants with genuine school accounts to submit their details for verification.
According to him, beneficiaries will be chosen from different parts of the country, with payments to be made directly to their schools.
Peller and Jarvis’ traditional wedding was among the biggest entertainment events of the weekend, attracting several celebrities, influencers and content creators, including Iyabo Ojo, Eniola Badmus, Zinoleesky, Cute Abiola, Nons Miraj, Purple Speedy, Papaya Ex, Soso Soberekon and Tanzanian singer Juma Jux.
