In a move that could redefine the 2027 race, The Azimio la Umoja coalition council has tasked Wiper Party leader Kalonzo Musyoka to enter into a political deal with his DCP counterpart Rigathi Gachagua and the emerging Linda Mwananchi bloc led by Edwin Sifuna, in a bid to remove President William Ruto from power.
The council, which sat on Monday in Nairobi, has also admitted into its ranks Fred Matiang’i of Jubilee, Peter Munya of PNU and Lenny Kivuti of the DEP party.
