Former Big Brother Naija housemate Tochi Okechukwu has encouraged married men to remain committed to their spouses while fostering healthy, non-romantic relationships with women.
The reality TV personality shared the message through a series of posts on his Instagram Story, where he stressed the importance of loyalty in marriage.
According to Tochi, a man who has found a wife should focus on nurturing that relationship instead of seeking the attention of other women.
“He that find a wife, finds a good thing and should leave other women alone,” he wrote.
In a separate post, Tochi also highlighted the value of platonic friendships between men and women. He said such relationships can provide meaningful support and personal growth without becoming romantic.
He argued that maintaining clear boundaries often helps preserve genuine friendships.
“As a man, learn to have non-sexual friendships with women. You’ll be surprised by how much value and support they add to your life. Most times, sex spoils good friendships,” he wrote.
