A minimum of 10 nations have already been knocked out of the 2026 FIFA World Cup as the group stage progresses toward its conclusion.
Curacao became the most recent team to exit the competition after a 2-0 defeat to Ivory Coast, with Nicolas Pépé scoring twice to send the Elephants into the knockout rounds while the debutants were eliminated.
Panama and Haiti are also among the North American sides already eliminated, alongside European teams Scotland, Turkey and the Czech Republic.
From Asia, Qatar, Uzbekistan and Jordan have been knocked out, while Tunisia remains the only African side confirmed to have exited so far.
Six additional teams are still expected to be eliminated before the Round of 32 lineup is fully confirmed.
