Nigerian comedians and content creators Broda Mike and Mario Wazobia have expressed concern over a viral video in which a social media personality known as Veryblackman allegedly threatened fellow comedian DeeOne.
The controversy emerged after a video circulated online over the weekend showing Veryblackman, described as an associate of activist and influencer VeryDarkMan, making remarks about DeeOne.
In the now-deleted clip, Veryblackman allegedly stated that any future encounter with DeeOne could lead to a physical confrontation, making comments that many social media users interpreted as a threat.
The video quickly gained attention online, prompting reactions from entertainers and content creators who called for the matter to be taken seriously.
Speaking in a video posted on Instagram, Mario Wazobia urged DeeOne not to dismiss the comments, arguing that public threats should be treated with caution.
He questioned the basis of the hostility and suggested that the remarks reflected a deeper personal conflict.
Broda Mike also weighed in, encouraging DeeOne to seek legal protection if he felt endangered by the statements.
