The Super Eagles have been paired with Madagascar, Tanzania, and Guinea-Bissau in the qualifying race for the 2027 Africa Cup of Nations.
Tuesday’s draw was held at the Egyptian Football Association headquarters in Cairo.
Nigeria, led by Éric Chelle, entered the draw as one of the seeded nations alongside other African football heavyweights.

Fixtures for the opening two matchdays will hold on September 21 and October 6, 2026, while matchdays three and four are fixed for November 9 to 17, 2026.
The concluding qualification games are scheduled for March 22 to 30, 2027.
