Preparations for the 2027 general elections have begun as the All Progressives Congress (APC) releases its timetable and schedule of activities.
The announcement was made on Monday by the party’s National Organising Secretary, Sulaiman Argungu, who outlined key timelines for screening, appeals, and primary elections.
He said the schedule also provides guidelines for the sale of nomination and expression of interest forms as part of the party’s internal electoral process.
According to him, the timetable is contained in a document signed by the party’s National Organising Secretary, detailing all approved activities ahead of the polls.
Argungu added that the APC is committed to conducting credible and transparent primaries aimed at strengthening internal democracy and reinforcing its progressive ideals.
