Gateway Airline has announced the launch of new flight operations as part of efforts to expand its network and improve travel options for passengers across Nigeria.
The new services, scheduled to begin on Monday, April 13, 2026, will connect key cities and enhance accessibility between major destinations. The routes include Iperu to Abuja, as well as onward connections from Abuja to Port Harcourt, Calabar, and Jos.
The development was disclosed in a statement issued in Abeokuta by the Special Adviser on Information and Strategy to Ogun State Governor, Dapo Abiodun. According to the statement, the expansion reflects the airline’s broader commitment to improving regional connectivity and delivering more convenient travel choices.
Describing the move as a major milestone, the airline noted that the additional routes would make it easier for passengers to move between cities while supporting economic and social interactions across the regions.
