Nigeria’s niche fragrance hub, Seinde Signature, has announced a collaboration with Nollywood actor Deyemi Okanlawon ahead of the Nigerian debut of internationally recognised perfumer Sarah Baker.
The partnership comes as the retailer prepares to introduce two of Baker’s signature scents—Velvet Vendetta and Vava Vanilla—to fragrance enthusiasts across Abuja, Port Harcourt, and Lagos.
According to organisers, the showcase will begin in Abuja on April 16, followed by Port Harcourt on April 17, before concluding with a grand finale in Lagos on April 18, 2026.
The Lagos event, scheduled to hold at Purple Mall in Lekki, will feature a creative performance led by Okanlawon. The actor will headline a cast tasked with bringing to life the inspiration behind the fragrances through a dramatic presentation.
Sarah Baker, known for merging artistic storytelling with scent creation, is expected to visit Nigeria for the first time as part of the launch.
Speaking at the unveiling, Okanlawon expressed excitement about the collaboration, describing it as a significant milestone. He noted that his decision to partner with Seinde Signature was influenced by the brand’s growth from a single outlet to a network of 15 walk-in stores.
Also commenting, the company’s General Manager, Ore Olusola, said the event represents more than a product introduction. He described it as a meeting point of creativity and craftsmanship between two brands committed to artistic excellence.
The multi-city activation is expected to attract fragrance lovers, creatives, and industry stakeholders, with Lagos set to host the highlight event of the series.
