Nigerian socialite Cubana Chief Priest has publicly declared his support for the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC), stating that the party has been beneficial to him.
He made the remarks during the party’s National Convention in Abuja, where he appeared alongside key supporters of the administration. His endorsement comes amid growing efforts to rally young Nigerians behind the government’s agenda.
Cubana Chief Priest is a prominent member of the City Boy Movement, an initiative led by Seyi Tinubu, son of President Bola Tinubu. The movement is focused on mobilising youth support for the president and promoting the Renewed Hope agenda.
The campaign has continued to attract influential figures, including businessman Obi Cubana, as it expands its reach across the country.
Further cementing his political involvement, Cubana Chief Priest was recently appointed Imo State Director of the movement, a role that underscores his increasing influence within political circles.
He also issued a strong message to critics and undecided observers, suggesting that the movement’s success is inevitable. Referencing the 2027 presidential election, he stated that individuals can either align with the group or witness its victory from the sidelines.
